Open GroupsSummer schedules often make weekly group meetings difficult. Here are some ideas for summer group connections. Matthew Parties - Spend some time with your friend outside of your group that you'd like to see in a group, or in your church. Build relationship with non-churched people. These can be friends, neighbors, coworkers or whoever. Spend some time as a group holding each other accountable for building these relationships, checking in with each other. (The term “Matthew Parties” comes from the small group study “Just Walk Across the Room” , it would be a great summer study if you haven’t done it yet!) Social activities - gather for social activities about once a month during the summer - but be sure to go back to Bible study in the fall! Mission activities - who in your group has a passion for mission? Release that passion. Connect with a community group that needs work done. This is a great way to bond a group. Worship together as a group. 20 Something GroupIf you are a 20 something student or worker and want to attend our group, please contact Pastor Jeffry at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
