Can I lead a small group?

Most anyone willing to be a small group leader can be successful in doing so. It is important to understand that an effective small group leader does NOT have to be a good teacher, Bible expert, or talented leader. Small group leaders help establish 1) relationships in the group, 2) an appropriate environment in the group, and 3) goals for the group.
